I'm married women, my own brother got paralysis. His age is 55. He does not have family. He is undergone treatment. My question is: I'm planning to keep him in our Home to look after him. My Brother's (Patient) right hand is not working. He goes to the Bathroom and do it standing. So, any one has to put the water to get cleaned. Ramzan is coming, if anybody goes to put the water to clean him, will his Roza will be broken or what is the procedure in this case. Also, please let me know the Dua to get well soon from the disease Paralaysis.

My husband never uses running water for taharah be it stool or urine he just uses wet tissue. Does this way of cleaning make him paak to read salaah or does he need to make ghusal[18 Aug, 2010]

I have a problem sperm drops (release of sperm because of some sexual thinking or reading sms etc). As i m working in office, so not possible to get Ghussal, But, I use some tissue paper or polythene to cover the penis and prevent the drops to touch my cloths. For namaz, I remove the polythene and do Istinja to get Tahaaraat. Is this practice is right, and can offer namaz without any doubt? My namazain is affected too much because of this problem, please give me some solution to get rid from this issue. I need your quick reply, as i m planning for Umrah.[01 Aug, 2010]

I live in London and travel quite frequently, sometimes two to three times a month. Someone told me that if you are travelling and you do wazu and put on socks it kind of locks up the wazu on your feet. And next time when you do wazu, you dont need to wash your feet but just do MASSAH over the socks.
Is this true. And if it is, are there some special socks or any type of socks will be ok.
Would really appreciate your response on this.

Is it allowed to read quran without wudhu while reading from a website etc? There are many websites that provides full quran for the people to read online. So, when you read quran in this way do you need to have wudhu or not when reading quran using standard computers? What is the rule if we read using mobile equipments such as iphones, other mobile phones or even touch screen computers?[22 Jul, 2010]

I am a Male and My name is Rehmatullah. I have a problem that sometimes i discharges liquid from penis when I had a feeling of sex and drops of liquid comes out. This continues happens and I faces same situation more than one time in 5 to 10 mins. I have a question that whether I have to perform gushal after each discharge. Second thing that piece of cloth on which discharge dropped will be "paak" after washing that part only with water or need to change the cloth.[22 Jul, 2010]

1. Why isn't a menstruating woman in India allowed near a janaazah or to give ghusl to the mayyit when the Shariah doesnt have any such ruling ? is it a custom we inherited from the Hindus or is there any islamic basis for it ? Because in the Arab countries, there is no such restriction .
2. I read manzil daily as a maamulaat, Can a mestruating woman read Manzil when her periods are on just as a part of her maamulat?[22 Jul, 2010]

A friend of mine reads Holy Quran holding it without wazu and says that it is permisible to do so. Please confimr the ruling under Islamic/ Shariah laws. Is it permissible to touch, hold and read quran without wazu? And can this be done on a regular basis and not during emergencies?[21 Jul, 2010]

Do the clothes being worn during state of haiz or janaabah, need to be washed with compulsion? Even if they are clean? I heard the clothes have to be washed in the above stated cases no matter what.[21 Jul, 2010]

i searched the web but my problem is a little different maybe! After i urinate, make wudhu and set for salah, after some time in Salah (ruku) part, i feel urine drops coming out. I want to ask that am i Mazhoor as per this issue? and for the next namaz should i able to get wudhu again?..or will i still be in wudhu (unbroken)?[01 May, 2010]
