My mother is a widow. She used to stay wth me . now she is forced to stay with my married sister as my wife refuses to even give her a glass of water or food. she also refuses to talk to her, saying she is under no obligation under Islam to treat my mother kindly even if I command her to. i am usually away during day time. Is it right in Islam? And if my wife is wrong, should I divorce her? I have two pre-teen girl children from her.[18 Aug, 2010]

My mother died on Dec'09. I was her eldest son. I live in Dhaka. Before she died she came to my house. I quarrelled with her severely because she wanted some money to repair our native house at Jhenaidah (our district). I refused to pay. Besides I was frustrated helping my parents, brother and sisters. Now often I dreamt her and quarrel with her and cry in the dream. Please answer the meaning of the dream and advice.[01 Aug, 2010]

AsalamuAlaikum, I was wondering if you could inform me of a hadith which says that we are not allowed to bring up someones sins. Like for example, if somebody was a thief before and he has repented sincerely, then no one should refer to him as a thief anymore right, and bring up his past sins..? so could you find me a hadith (and its source) that says something similar to this, like to not bring up another's past sins... Thank you and Salam.[30 Aug, 2009]
