Dear scholar, I love a girl who is 19 yrs old, I m 26 yrs old. She is from Pakistan but lives in London, I live in India. We both love each other from the deep of our heart. But her parents don?t want me. Without knowing anything about me they said no. Now they have fixed her marriage to her cousin, after doing all they asked her for her consent, so that she couldn?t say no. She tried to say no but then they threatened her saying if she wants to marry of her own choice (to me) she has to leave them forever. Just for the sake of her parent?s happiness and social status and reputation she agreed and said yes at that time. But she is not happy with this relation as she loves me a lot. But she can?t say anything to her parents as well, as she is worried about their reputation and social status, that there will be an insult for them. I want to know if she marries in this condition, will it be legal and lawful as her parents emotionally blackmailed her? What alternate way is there so that she can convey her wish to their parents? During our findings for the boys character, we came to know that he drinks alcohol. We did an ISTAKHARA thru some one and the answer was YES. What we need to do ? Another ISTAKHARA !!! Assalamualykum.I am 49yrs old and is the founder n direcctor of a Darululum with the ulemas in charged of all deeni administration.3 months ago i made nikaa wt the mufti in charge as he told me to avoid remaining in harram.He is 55 and father of 8 kids and is the chief mufti in mauritius.He told me he dont have the financial means however to look after me....Allah is my witness just for the sake of my D.U.Ulum,i accepted his proposition even all parents was against.Heacts as the Ameer n since 3 months of our nikaa we had only 1sexual intercourse..he said he becomes impotent wt me....he avoid to have intamacy wt me...he did our nikaa himself without mentioning meher..he dont even care to give me my expenses as he said i can afford myself....what is the sharias rule about this chief mufti....is he right or its me who is wrong????/[27 Jan, 2009]

On the 25th December one of them decided to have a get together in the office and ordered pizza. I proposed to pay for my pizza as I knew that the get together was for christmas.
